Friendly’s is celebrating their 77th Anniversary with $0.77 Single Scoop Ice Cream Cones this Saturday (7/21/12)  from Noon to 5 p.m. Call ahead of time to make sure your location is participating in this promotion. Sounds like some yummy fun for the whole family!

Its summer clearance time over at Target! You may want to check your store today or tomorrow to see if they have marked the summer area down to 90%. My store did theirs a day earlier then usual so it was mostly picked over but I still managed to find a few cheap items.

Just a heads up that clearance is regional so you may or may not find this at your store. Also check the toy area which had a few sections of 70% off toys and even some bug spray was thrown in the clearance area (2 packs for $5). If in doubt just scan it and be sure to check regular areas for summer stuff that may be part of the clearance and not pulled.

Wowsa! JCPenney Salons will be offering FREE haircuts for kids in Kindergarten thru 6th grade for the entire month of August. Now that is one cool back to school freebie. You’ll need to stop in or call your local salon to set up an appt.
